Oil Service - Recommended every 5,000-7,500) (synthetic oil models 1999 and newer) and every 3,000 miles or 3 months on vehicles prior to 1999). Failure to comply with recommended oil changes will lead to reduced engine life, gasket deterioration, and reduced power output.
The following picture is an engine that did not receive proper maintenance:

- Change oil and filter
- Check and correct tire pressures
- Check wipers
- Check and top off washer fluid, brake fluid, and power steering fluid
- Install Service Reminder
- Perform undercarriage inspection
- Replace cabin air filter if necessary
Brake Fluid Flush – Recommended every 2 years starting from the production date of the vehicle. This service is extremely essential for proper operation of the high pressure hydraulic braking system used in your vehicle. This same fluid is also used for the intricate traction control system used in most BMWs. Over time the brake fluid has the ability to absorb moisture which reduces the boiling point of the fluid(which should be in excess of 500 degrees Fahrenheit). This will cause brake fade in panic stopping situations or aggressive driving styles. The moisture in the fluid will cause corrosion or rust on the inside of the calipers which leads to component failure. Coolant Flush – depending on the year of the vehicle, a coolant flush service is recommended every 2-3 years with genuine BMW coolant. This special coolant is formulated to prevent deterioration of the plastic and rubber components of the cooling system and ensure that the vehicle can withstand excessively hot and cold climate conditions. Inspection I - Performed every 15,000 miles on BMW’s prior to 1992 and every 20,000 miles on newer models. Services performed during Inspection I
Inspection II - Performed approx. every 30,000 miles on BMW’s prior to 1992 and approx. every 40,000 miles on newer models. Services performed during Inspection IIDiagnostics:
- Check engine , service engine soon, or EML light
- Airbag or SRS light
- ABS, DSC,ASC,DTC light
- Trans program warning
- General troubleshooting
